Reorder suggestions
Tune the “What to buy” list (Reports → What to buy). Rough values are fine — the suggestion barely changes when these are a little off.
K-Net card fee
The percentage K-Net deducts from each card payment. It shows as a cost in Reports and in your monthly bottom line. Leave 0 if you don't take K-Net.
Customer credit limit
The most any single customer may owe (آجل). A credit sale that would push a customer past this amount is refused. Leave 0 for no limit.
License
Your subscription key, provided by your Bakala POS vendor. Leave blank if you don't have one — the app runs exactly as before, fully offline.

Start fresh
Erases ALL products, sales, purchases, suppliers, customers and debts — but keeps your settings (shop name, passcode, language, fees, monthly costs). A backup file is saved first. Use this to go live after practicing on sample data.
Data health
Read-only check of the database: counts every record and looks for anything inconsistent (negative stock, broken references, missing totals). It never changes your data.

The name shown in the top bar (next to the version). Enter it in both languages.
Security
Passcode-protected pages: Reports, Purchases, Customers.
Feature usage
How often you open each page/tab and run key actions — so you can see what matters. Times are approximate (idle-capped) and never leave this device.
Storage
Tip: keep two copies in two places (USB + phone/email). The export is your only safety net if the PC drive fails.
